The
Time Elapsed Analysis & Reporting System (T.E.A.R.S.)
is a Microsoft Excel add-in that automatically
calculates the total amount of time that you
have spent in different aspects of your work.
After exporting your calendar data from
Microsoft Outlook to Excel, this add-in extracts
elapsed time, sums up the number of hours in
each category, and then produces both a table
and a chart. If you ever wondered where your
time goes, you will want to use T.E.A.R.S. to
learn more.

Microsoft Word: Jumping to the Ends
of Table Columns
Source:
WordTips
Word provides a handy shortcut that allows you to quickly jump to
either the top or bottom of a column in a table. This can be quite
helpful, particularly if you are working with very long tables. If
you press Alt+PgUp, you are taken to the first cell in the column,
where the insertion point is placed just before the first character
in the cell. Likewise, you can jump to the last cell in a column by
pressing Alt+PgDn. This moves the insertion point to the last cell
in the column, where it is positioned just before the first
character in the cell. If you try to use these shortcuts outside of
a table, they have no effect.

Wikipedia has offered the PDF export functionality on their

Russell A. Sabella, Ph.D.
From podcasts to porn, cyberbullying to cell phones, Dr. Russell Sabella helps readers understand the risks that emerge when high-tech tools, uninformed parents, and exuberant youth collide. Because kids are growing up with modern technologies, many are more expert than their parents. As a result, a parent's ability to make effective decisions for how technology is used may be compromised.
GuardingKids.com empowers parents, educators, and other care takers to better understand the electronic terrain. Readers will be better able to help children safely and securely navigate a minefield of inappropriate and risky situations.
