McGraw-Hill's Top 50 Skills
for a Top Score

Brian Leaf has redefined test-prep. Check out his innovative series "McGraw-Hill's Top 50 Skills for a Top Score," available anywhere books are sold. "This book is a good read even if you don't have to take the ACT."
Edward Fiske, Fiske Guide to Colleges

"The specific skills needed for the ACT, confidence building, stress-management, how to avoid careless errors this book has it covered!"
Laura Frey, former President of the New England Association for College Admission Counseling

"What a surprise, what a relief! An SAT guide that actually meets students where they are, talks to them with wit and compassion and clears away the panic of test-taking. And, the writing is first-rate, too. Bravo Brian Leaf.
Rebecca Pepper Sinkler, former Editor, The New York Times Book Review

I enjoyed the informal writing style, and the flash cards for math are brilliant! Students are used to stacks of vocabulary words in preparation for the verbal portion of the test, why not drills on flash cards for the math section?

TIPS AND TRICKS
Fast and Easy Way to Combine Multiple Microsoft Word Documents.
Source:
Techsupportalert.com
Did you ever want to combine two or more Word documents into one? You could always copy and paste one document into another but that would be the long and tedious way. Use a better method instead. It’s built right into Word but like many Word features it isn’t all that obvious. Here is how to apply it in Word 2007/2010:

1.Open the document where you want everything to be combined
2.       Place the cursor in the location where you want the material to be added
3.       Click the Insert tab
4.       Open the drop-down menu for "Object"
5.       Choose "Text from file".
6.       A dialog will open, where you can choose the file that you wish to combine with the presently open file.
7.       Click the button "Insert"

And that’s all there is to it.

WOT (Web of Trust) for Google
This is a must! As wonderful as the Internet is, it has its seedy underbelly, too: Web sites that will rip you off, spam your e-mail account, infect your computer with malware, steal your identity, expose your kids to inappropriate content, and all kinds of other bad stuff. Wouldn't it be great if you could somehow know about other people's experiences with particular Web sites? That's the idea behind WOT, or Web of Trust, an online community that lets people share their Web experiences via extensions for a variety of different browsers.

Pasta is Love

Pasta is LoveWritten by my wife, this children's book is actually based on the story of my parents.

Long ago, in a land called Italy, pasta was born.  With it’s varied shapes ranging from shells, to bowties, to long and stringy spaghetti, many believe it is simply a warm and slippery meal in a dish.  However, PASTA is LOVE weaves tale of food, and family, and deep and lasting love, and when you hear this story you will never look at a bowl of pasta in quite the same way.
Sina is a devoted daughter, an average student, and just happens to be at the center of the greatest tomato-flying fiasco in Sicily's history.  This heartwarming story is certain to become a classic in children's literature.  PASTA is LOVE may make you laugh, and it may make you cry, but one thing is for certain, it will make you hungry!  It may also answer the age-old question, it there really a 'happily ever after'?
