Mental Health Apps: Like A 'Therapist In Your Pocket' : NPR
Another app for teens helps them track their moods and behavior on their phones, a "mobile mood diary." Therapists find teens are more likely to fill out their diaries if they can do it right on their phones, instead of on the traditional paper charts, because texting is so commonplace among kids.
